What to eat at Pranakorn Boat Noodles Restaurant?
I ordered a few variations. The original and the common one of course is the beef type. The noodles are mungbean noodles, almost similar to glass noddles with beef slices, beef meatballs and vegetables add on.
Some of the variations that you can add on are those egg noodles type with fish cakes add on.
Much more to order would be the sweet variations of the noodles. Since you’re there and it’s only a couple of ringgits to try on, why not right?
Things to remember to add on would be this crispy pork skin and also the wanton skin. Both give an extra crunch to your noodles and you’ll find the difference when you have them in.
Last but not least, these are the seasonings that you can add in while you’re having your noodles. Typical as it is, it adds an awesome flavour to your noodle. Those are fish sauce, dried chilli, sugar and lime juice.
The noodles are flavourful and definitely worth the walk. Everything is cooked fresh and you can taste the difference. Best thing is you get to stack them as you devoured them!
